nLayer CTO presents at NANOG 45

nLayer Communications CTO Richard Steenbergen presented a tutorial at the latest North American Network Operators’ Group (NANOG) meeting in the Dominican Republic.

The presentation, entitled “How to Accurately Interpret Traceroute Results”, was given during the 45th meeting of NANOG in Santo Domingo, DR.

In the presentation, Mr. Steenbergen covered the basic concepts of a traceroute. From understanding latency and asymmetric paths to interpreting DNS, the presentation provided a comprehensive overview of the process and delved into the specifics of troubleshooting using traceroutes.
